Jalan-Jalan Tangkap Gambor to Taiping (Part 1)

Yesterday was quite an eventful day as I organized and led a group of about 20++ people from the Paper Mill Photography Club for a 1-day trip outing to Taiping.

The plan was very simple, meet up, head towards Taiping Lake Gardens, lunch, then end with a guided tour to the Charcoal Factory in Kuala Sepetang.

By 8am, everybody arrived at the rendezvous point on time and after a small briefing we took off towards Taiping. It was a smooth and nice drive and I was a little worried that it might rain there. Well, you know that Taiping is notoriously famous for having the highest rain water collection in Malaysia. Ha ha…

Well, the sky must be smiling at us as there was no rain but super sunshine! So all of us whipped out our cameras and we started clicking away…. yeah.. 20++ of us..

WOAHHAHAHAHA

After a while, we checked the time and realized that 2 hours had gone by and it was almost time to leave the beautiful Lake Gardens and head to our next destination - LUNCH!
